Fouad SWrote down my boyfriend's credit card info when the system wasn't working which is illegal. U-Haul was filthy, clearance light broke. Been fighting for a partial refund for a week and the manager won't call me back despite support contacting him telling him he needs to call me
Anita SWe did after hour drop off so no people involved. Was annoyed tho, that they changed our reservation, from a 10’ truck to a 20’ truck and a different pickup location, all due to having a one way drop.
