How U-Haul Reviews WorkThanks for a pleasant and easy rental experience!
Terry MThe people I dealt with were very helpful. It was the U-Haul application that was the problem. It gave contradictory information about the location to pick up the truck. The app said one location but the service agent's computer said another. The size of the truck kept on changing. I asked for a 15 foot, but it changed to a 10 foot, then to a 26-foot, then back to a 15. That was the worst part of the experience.
Derek MI was not told in advance Kennebecasis Self Storage was the name of the pick up place. I was looking for a sign that said U-Haul. The mandatory App (required in order to pick up at 7am ) process was not user friendly. Trying to unlock was difficult, 5 of my crew tried repeatedly prior to success & Our hands were cold during the frustrating attempts. Those locks must be antique! When I initially scheduled my U-Haul, I was not told that a 7am pick up was only available with the App.
Marilyn BFor returning trucks, have a marked turnaround lane, without having the customer left with backing up the vehicle in cramped areas for returns.
