I was not told in advance Kennebecasis Self Storage was the name of the pick up place. I was looking for a sign that said U-Haul. The mandatory App (required in order to pick up at 7am ) process was not user friendly. Trying to unlock was difficult, 5 of my crew tried repeatedly prior to success & Our hands were cold during the frustrating attempts. Those locks must be antique! When I initially scheduled my U-Haul, I was not told that a 7am pick up was only available with the App.
