The guys who work at Sidwell are so friendly. Often times when a guy is trying to pick up a trailer. Most guys will stand there and watch him. These guys offer to help you. Great place.

HOWARD MThe gas refill was nitpicky. I had above the minimum required, but we still charge nine dollars additional. The truck ran great. It consistently put on a warning light about sway needing adjustment. The gentleman at the drop off location tell me this is a common problem with this van because it was 26 feet long. I think it’s a problem when you have a warning light coming on and no one’s told you about it. despite that, my overall experience was positive.
JOHN DI picked up a nail so I went to the U-Haul center in Clovis, New Mexico. They were absolutely no help other than let me use the bathroom and made me call roadside assistance to fix a flat. I waited three hours before the flat was fixed.
