Parking was limited and tight, and made it difficult to get the pictures needed for the check-in app. Speaking of which, why is the check-in app different than the check-out app? The check-out app was easy to use (5 stars), whereas the check-in app was a serious pain (1 star). The check-in app's picture approval process was insane. All of the pictures have to be approved in order to proceed with the check-in process, but it would never approve all pics, and would disapprove a pic it had previously approved. POS!! Fortunately, even though it was after hours, a Sidwell employee was there and told me not to worry about it and that he would check it in for me. Cudos to him!!
