BRANDIE LThe girl that called me Thursday morning August 7 to tell me of the shocking change (confirmation) of pick up location was very rude, in fact, she accused me of screaming at her and hung up on me at the end of the conversation. When I originally called Farmington Maine Aubuchon about renting a truck NOTHING was topd to me about a possible change of pick up location. This call from Ms Rude was a total inconvenience to myself and all others involved. Ms Rude also told me Rumford Me was 19 miles from Farmington, Maine, that is a joke I grew up in Farmington Maine. Actually it is 30.5 miles but I saved my breathe I could quickly tell Ms Rude could care less the inconvenience that the pick up location was causing me. In fact, she said at one point “do you just want to cancel?” Dealing with her was a huge 0. Will from Rumford Maine on the other hand Gilmans Auto was “ACE CUSTOMER SERVICE” He totally understood my agony and was so kind. Hats off to Will.
