When I arrived. My trailer was not available. Waited 30 plus minutes. Previous renters failed to return. When finally I got hooked up and where I was going to pick up office furniture. The back of trailer was filthy.

The truck had a couple of sensors that needed attention like the tires and it definitely wasn't the smoothest drive. But overall, the customer service was good. They were courteous and accommodating. I also like that they stay open longer than most of their competitors which was convenient.
