ALEXANDER CMs. Sheila is the absolute best in the business. Always prepared, smile on her face and explains everything. We are sad we moved away because she handled all our hauling, moving and other rental needs the past 7 years.
Brad BI’ve always rented from this location and I will continue to support Sheila and her business here. She is always kind and goes above and beyond to make sure your rental experience is the best it can be. If it wasn’t for Sheila I would have not rented from U-Haul anymore. I made a reservation and the dude that called to confirm my reservation was a total douche bag. He told me I had to go to primo to do my business with that location. If I wanted to go there I would have, but I do business with WILD BILLS only. He go made and just canceled my reservation. I called Sheila and she took care of it and I was able to get my rental the next day. She is a major asset to U-Haul. She always has been.
STEPHEN CThe reason I rate this location below average is that there was no office. A lot of trucks were in the yard, but there was no easy way to position the trailer due there was no pull through or drop off location. The U-Haul representative was speaking to me on the phone and giving me guidance on how I could do things and she was very helpful but the facilities could use some improvement.
