Alice HI never was given a walk around.. truck was on empty but getting charged gas.. I paid less for my mom a uhaul 780 miles for $500 but I was charged almost $600 for a trip from Ruston to Shreveport….. Damn rip off.. Bad business never using Uhaul again.
Sharon MNo one was there when I dropped off the trailer at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon. So I just had to drop the trailer off and take pictures of it and hope everything was okay. I’d rather have someone present during business hours.
DEBORAH GI reserved a reservation at one location and when I got there they did not have anything available regardless of my reservation. This should allowed to happen to anyone. This was very time consuming for me.
