My truck had brake issues. And really hated the check in and out on the app. The staff was very rude and not helpful getting me on the road. I will never use this location again

It was easy to get the truck and keys with the online method. I asked for a dolly but there wasn't one in the truck. The cab of the truck was very dirty, I included that in my pictures and comments upon picking up. When I dropped it off the app asked if it was clean enough for another family to rent and I answered no. Well it tried to charge me 25 for cleaning even though I had documented the mess before picking up. So I had to go back and say the truck was clean enough for another family. It is not! You need to contact this location and have them clean the truck.
Melany CVery disappointed, the vehicle was very dirty, had only a half tank of gas. I was charged a cleaning fee when the vehicle was dirty. Had no radio and drove terribly. Will not recommend. Customer service was really poor, too.

LYUBOV SThe location was easy to find and very accessible. Staff were competent and got me checked out very quickly. However, the equipment yard is also full of junk from the furniture store that shares the location. It is badly in need of a cleanup. The truck we rented has a malfunctioning transmission -- it would often not shift automatically and I had to use the shift lever to select appropriate gears.
