The truck pickup process needs better organization and communication. We experienced delays and were initially directed to the wrong truck, which made pickup take longer than expected. The exit gate was closed with no clear instructions or staff available to help us leave promptly. Improving the truck assignment process, providing clearer directions, and ensuring the gate is accessible during pickup would create a much smoother experience for future customers.
