False information was given to me which led to a whole day wasted. And more costly than expected. Once my transaction was complete, customer courtesy dropped a bit.

CHRISTIAN MThey pressured me to bring the U-Haul back sooner than agreed because other customers were waiting for a rental. I dropped the U-Haul off after hours so I didn’t see the facility or employees.
SHARON FHave a person who says hello. Doesn't yell at me and threaten me. Someone who answers a question instead of saying "you don't even need to be here for drop off!" My response "where would I leave the key?" Yelling continues as he followed me out of the store!
