Reserved a 15 foot truck that would not start. Had to take a 10 foot truck and make more than one trip to finish my move. Salesman was nice and truck was clean.

This location does not have the ability to have an accurate listing of the online inventory. I reserved two different dollies online and got to the store and they did not have two of the items that I reserved. Not even the moving blankets.

JOSE LTook over 20 mins to return van, because rep decided to make a sale which arrived after I did. So I was forced to wait while other customer had payment issues.
HEATHER TThe app to either begin the reservation or drop off the vehicle is very slow and frustrating. I went in to the facility to have the agent complete it for me and was told that he couldn’t since I started it. Please update your technology.
