The lot was so full of cars (it is a repair shop) that there was no place to park. I thought I was at the wrong location. The man who facilitated the return was nice and helpful, however, they need to make room for the Uhaul vehicles. There was not another one at this location.

Walter JNice guy but when I asked about tire pressure and condition, he told me my truck was ok and new. Only 4700 miles but obviously was NOT safety checked out. Non working brake and rear turn signals meant I spent an entire day finding & picking up a replacement truck. Roadside service provider cxld after a 75 minute wait. 2nd service folks tried to fix unsuccessful
RICHARD SNot customer friendly at all, he picked a return site 2 plus hours from my destination. He was too lazy to help me find an appropriate return site.
