Owner has to be present; other personnel don't know how to process a Reservation. Had to wait 25 minutes until Owner showed up.

JODY KThe lot was so full of cars (it is a repair shop) that there was no place to park. I thought I was at the wrong location. The man who facilitated the return was nice and helpful, however, they need to make room for the Uhaul vehicles. There was not another one at this location.
