STEVEN PLocation was closed. No instructions for drop off provided without using UHall app. Application did not process all required pictures. No designated key drop box on site.
curtis hnighttime driving was impossible due to inside windshield was so dirty. Truck not ready when I arrived as I requested on-line touchless contact. I also declined insurance on-line and was charged for it anyways! Wasn't asked if I wanted to decline it in person either. It was just sign here and you're on your way.
