No suggestions! It was excellent experience. Truck was in great working condition and clean (cabin and storage). Pick up and drop off was very quick and efficient.

Unable to use my app when checking in but Lexi (I am hoping I got her name correct) was absolutely amazing. She immediately started working on getting my problem taken care of and quickly had me on my way to meet the movers on time. Amazing service and very pleased!

STEVEN PLocation was closed. No instructions for drop off provided without using UHall app. Application did not process all required pictures. No designated key drop box on site.
curtis hnighttime driving was impossible due to inside windshield was so dirty. Truck not ready when I arrived as I requested on-line touchless contact. I also declined insurance on-line and was charged for it anyways! Wasn't asked if I wanted to decline it in person either. It was just sign here and you're on your way.
