nighttime driving was impossible due to inside windshield was so dirty. Truck not ready when I arrived as I requested on-line touchless contact. I also declined insurance on-line and was charged for it anyways! Wasn't asked if I wanted to decline it in person either. It was just sign here and you're on your way.
