I made a reservation at a different location, the service station on 94 near 70 in St Charles, the truck that the first location tried to put me in didn’t have heat. They were rude and didn’t even try to help me out by putting me into a different rental. I called St Andrews u haul, spoke with Megan told her I would be up there less than 10 minutes. By the time I got up there, she already had the U-Haul started and warming up for me. That meant a lot since it was only 9 degrees. She was very helpful.

The vehicle was clear of all snow when I arrived!!! We had just got a very large snowfall. The interior and cargo area were very clean.
