Danny WThere was a padlock on the back gate of the truck and I was never given a code for it. I had to call the store and wait around for over 10 minutes in the hot sun while they tried to figure out what the code was. How are you renting out vehicles when you don't even know how to get into them?

Sonya WWhen I went inside to pick up the key I was asked to park across the street in the strip mall parking lot to save parking spots for customers of the gas station. I moved my car to the lot and there was a sign that read ‘No U-haul parking’
