The truck was not in good condition and clearly needed maintenance. The transmission, A/C, and brakes all need attention. For the safety and comfort of customers, trucks should be properly inspected and maintained before being rented. Also, the truck should be provided with a full gas tank at pickup. Overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the truck
Stella AThe customer service at this place is an absolute nightmare. I will never step foot in this location again in fact, the experience was so horrendous that I am seriously questioning whether I will ever go to any sub locations again. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to charge my credit card completely without my authorization! I am immediately filing a dispute to get my money back. On top of everything else, the woman working there was unbelievably rude and dismissive. An absolutely infuriating experience.
