DENISE DThe owner of this location was very apologetic for the situation.I had to deal with. After inspecting the van they determined the windshield on the van had recently been replaced. Also the wipers were not reinstalled properly which calls them to malfunction and not operate. This vehicle should have never been put on the road as a rental unit.
