Ce message est en référence avec le retour du camion : Je déplore une situation vécue avec une certaine S. (service à la clientèle U-Haul?) qui m'a téléphoné dans la journée, en plein déménagement, pour me dire que je ne pouvais pas retourner mon camion à Saint-Elzéar comme prévu car, selon elle, il y avait une surcharge et tout était plein à Saint-Elzéar. Elle voulait me faire retourner à Thetford Mines (45 minutes) ou Lévis (1 heure) alors que Saint-Elzéar est à 10 minutes de ma nouvelle maison. J'ai dû vraiment insister, elle m'a offert plein de trucs pour finalement me rappeler plus tard et me dire que c'était correct à Saint-Elzéar car une place s'était libérée.... MENSONGE ! Le stationnement avait beaucoup de place pour recevoir le camion et le propriétaire n'a jamais compris pourquoi Madame S. avait autant insisté pour nous envoyer ailleurs qu'à 10 minutes de chez nous. Le service est excellent à cet endroit et le propriétaire très ouvert à nous recevoir. Cherchez l'erreur? Merci.

quand l'un de vos fournisseurs( emplacement des locations) affichent..sois fermer maladies même fermer temporairement peu importe la raison.. ne louer pas leurs équipements a personne. il n'est pas entretenu. a -29°c le camion 10' ne démarrait pas . 3 Heure plus tard toujours pas de nouvelles pour l'aide qu'on m'envoyait..
Samantha CPick-up location was far away from original choice of location, not convenient for me. On the top of it, getting the rental contract from that location was a pain because of an U-Haul website issue that cause me to spend an hour and a half on the phone with the U-Haul service department to fix the issue. Not a good use of my time.
