The truck was great for moving, did its job and was clean. There were problems with the motor, the truck was shaky and would not go beyond 40 km/h. We were somewhat a little afraid if it would quit on us.. But it worked. The staff of Uhaul were friendly, supportive and very professionnal. You are really the best and most professional company to use for moving. Thank you so much.

At this location they indicate me that I can return the equipment at any location, so I did that and I got a charge of 15$ for returning at a wrong location. The equipment was well reserved in advance and it was not ready at pick-up date and hour !
Gilles CI didn't realize that the lights have to be turned on when driving at night. They turn on automatically with my car. I eventually realized it when drivers flashed their lights at me, but I think letting the clients know this would be very helpful, since there are 3 settings. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service and experience !!! 5 stars +++
