Joshua BDropoff location poorly marked. Trailer had brunt out taillights. Waaaay too many e-mails and texts from U-Haul for a simple trailer rental - must have been a dozen in total. I was originally able to book equipment only to be told it wasn’t available. The link to the self check-out page didn’t work. - overall my impression of U-Haul is sloppy and disorganized, although the coordinating centre in Halifax were extremely knowledgeable and helpful by phone.
