Dropoff location poorly marked. Trailer had brunt out taillights. Waaaay too many e-mails and texts from U-Haul for a simple trailer rental - must have been a dozen in total. I was originally able to book equipment only to be told it wasn’t available. The link to the self check-out page didn’t work. - overall my impression of U-Haul is sloppy and disorganized, although the coordinating centre in Halifax were extremely knowledgeable and helpful by phone.
GRANT JOne rear tire had only 2 lbs psi in it which i noticed when i got onto the highway. It was impossible for me to fill with air at service station due to valve location on tire. I returned to location which had closed and eventually got tire inflated, i wasted half a day.
Karen BThe operator is very friendly and responsive to questions. Location is perfect, just off the highway. The address in the U-Haul app and directory is wrong. First time I returned a trailer there, I needed to call the office to get the actual location.
