The customer service was excellent! The person working there (Ken) made every attempt to find me a truck, get me a price break and the most convenient drop off location possible. My issue is that in smaller towns/locations there is a limited supply of trucks and you are at the mercy of people returning trucks to those locations and on time. The outlet in my home town couldn't guarantee me a truck would be available and since there was one at the next closest location I booked it 5 days early to guarantee I had it for the move. This not only impacted me (cost) but also others in need of a truck.
