I don't receive the truck on time because the apps and full site doesn't work. I was unable to complete all the steps on the app and your website because the registration was malfunctioning. I started later and an additional time cost had to be requested from the people who were helping me move. To get the truck, I chatted twice and both times the chat no longer worked. I had to call and the first time the line was cut. I had to call back and no resolution was made. Finally, the merchant where your trucks are placed opened his business earlier to receive us and help us. In other words, your customer service and chat are deficient and downright mediocre. I am asking you for a full refund for the disastrous customer experience and that this has caused various damages: time, financial and health (stress).

marc pAll the communication/information I received was in English except where I picked up the truck. In Quebec, the official language is French. You will probably lose many customers if you don't use French in Quebec and it is also mandatory for anyone doing business in Quebec. Best regards
