Old truck from the usa. All bruised up. Could not get the 20 foot at my desired location. When i got there, no 20 foot truck was available, person before me did not bring it back. The rental place charged me gas even though i sent the picture of right level. Guy was very nice.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe provided truck was a bit beaten up. At first, I couldn’t get it started because the needle of the « P » wasn’t aligned … no big deal but not sure if this truck should have been used for rental!

Claude LLe seul problème est la qualité du "driveway". Beaucoup de trous donc il faut aller lentement, mais sinon tout était bien.
Benoit PWhen I booked the truck on the website, I was able to select a time of pickup although the location was not opened. I had to change my plans due to a later pickup time. That being said, I got called the day before and offer to pickup a truck at another location but it was an hour drive from where I was and was not manageable. I believe it is a system issue, not the location itself.
