The provided truck was a bit beaten up. At first, I couldn’t get it started because the needle of the « P » wasn’t aligned … no big deal but not sure if this truck should have been used for rental!

Benoit PWhen I booked the truck on the website, I was able to select a time of pickup although the location was not opened. I had to change my plans due to a later pickup time. That being said, I got called the day before and offer to pickup a truck at another location but it was an hour drive from where I was and was not manageable. I believe it is a system issue, not the location itself.
Marc ODrop off location is well located, clean and the staff were extremely nice to us. I had what i can call a 10 / 10 experience from start to finish This renting experience was perfect. Thank you for making this easy on us, moving to a different reegion is already stressful, making the renting easy, helped a lot
