Employees were friendly but due to a line at 10am on a Sunday it took almost an hour to get the truck. That's time taken from my 6 hours of usage and screwed up my schedule. This sounds like more of a management issue than an employee issue. When I say I wouldn't recommend this location, I only have a Sunday morning as an example. May they are properly staffed on a weekday.

J'ai eu de la difficulté à télécharger les photos de mon permis et ça m'a causé un brin de stress, et tout était en anglais…Si j'avais su, je l'aurais fait d'avance. Le retour c'est bien déroulé vu que c'était ouvert.
