During a recent phone inquiry, our representative at this location communicated to my wife that, absent prior knowledge of truck sizes, a wheelbarrow would be provided for moving belongings. The representative also stated an inability to elaborate on available options, citing high demand due to the influx of college students. Furthermore, the representative suggested consulting online resources. Despite this, a truck was ultimately rented. However, based on this experience, we will not utilize this location for future rental needs.
