JAMES MStop being so strict about someone being 10-15 late returning the truck. I was charged a late fee and also told I went over the mileage limit for which I was charged a lot extra, in spite of returning the truck with same amount of fuel as when it was picked up. I'm not happy with U Haul and doubt that I'll use them ever again. Overall, it was a negative experience 😞😠
