This is the worst place in the state to rent a U-Haul! I have had to use them 3 different times and never had and experience worth more than a star. Every worker there needs a lesson in customer service. It is clear they hate dealing with the U-Haul part of their business and definitely shows. Today, I had a wheel on the grass and was scolded for it. I decided to purchase some bits while I was there and the attitudes of the employees are so bad, I cannot believe they still have customers. If you need a U-Haul, go 5 miles south to Space Cubed Storage 3770 S US Hwy 27 Saint Johns, MI 48879
