When we picked up the truck, we had to do so at a location we didn't choose as the one we selected had no trucks. When I asked, the woman on the phone said they only had 2 larger trucks and both had reservations. She couldn't tell me why my reservation didn't guarantee me a truck. The pickup location were we ended up was very smooth and professional. However, the truck was sandy, dirty, and had dead leaves in the back. The cab had dirty seats and smelled of smoke.
