The dropoff location was just right for what I needed. Person who answered the RING doorbell was very helpful. This process was NOT a headache like I thought it was going to be instead a true delight.

No one was there when we dropped off the u.Hall. there was note on the door to leave the truck and put the key in the dropbox, so I did, then we left.
