Pour la succursale de St-Lin le service à la clientèle fût très bon. La remorque quant à elle était sans lumière à brake ou clignotants (flasheur) car les fils de la couette devaient être inversés... Pour le service du siège social je noterais pauvre puisque j'ai dû moi-même m'informer du lieu de ramassage et celui-ci était à 45 min. de mon adresse donc 1h30 aller-retour juste pour prendre possession et la préposée était désagréable et sans service client.

It was the worst experience that I ever had with U-haul, my reservation was modified twice and in the last minute. The first one, they called me the day before telling me the truck is not available in st Jérôme, you will pick it up form Boisbriand. The D day, one arriving to Boisbriand, they called me to say that the truck is not available there and you can pick it up from saint lin Laurentides. This is not acceptable. Moving is not a small thing that we do, we schedule many things on advance, the helping staff, our engagements.... And them those things comes and U-haul personal where dealing with that with a cold blood. By the end, and with all the loss that I get, you give 50$. This is not professional and it will be the last time dealing with you.
