Cab smelt of smoke. Had to ride with windows open the entire time. The tank was left on e with 18 miles left in gallon. The lock box was very difficult to open, took about 10 mins of trying the same code over and over and couldn't get it open at drop off so I dropped key in the slot. I'm actually really disappointed in this as this was my first experience renting a truck from any company.
