My experience with this location was top tier, easy to navigate and in and out quickly. The digital booking process through the U-Haul app was the actual worst. It changed my pickup location 3 times without my consent, each time farther and farther from my ideal pickup location.
NICO BIt was just a drop off location. No personal contact. When I tried to talk to someone the guy said to do everything through the app. Not very helpful.
JEFFREY CTrain the LOCATION FROM taking advantage of charging us customers $20 dollars for them to check in the vehicle and they don't really care. They sell cars. They are doing U haul a favor. FIRE THE LOCATION!!
DIGNO ANo signage directing to key drop box at all. 45 min on phone and app at drop off and a UNAUTHORIZED charge 264$ when a 15$ credit should’ve been charged. Truck was paid in full at pick up
