The directions for the lock box was vague amd confusing- partly due to the location- there were buildings and warehouses everywhere and I didn’t know where to go and it took 20 minutes to locate the lockbox. The Uhaul app was not working properly and I couldn’t upload pictures for check in. It ate up an hour of my scheduled time just to get going.

Ricardo MClarify your charges and minimize surprises. I was initially charged $66 but eventually you took out of my card 107 even when I returned the vehicle one hour before the allotted time. Kindly clarify your fee structure at the onset not on return.
