While this is generally a self-help location (automated pickup and drop off with app assistance and lock boxes) the owner was very confrontational upon our return and accused us of parking in a red “no parking” zone and blocking his gate. Customer parking was not clearly marked, but rest assured our vehicles were well outside of the clearly marked red box where parking is prohibited. When told this, the owner disappeared and did not return. Just a poor interaction that soured our otherwise satisfactory experience.
