Tow dolly was in great condition, the wheel straps were worn and hand crank mechanism was suffering from lubrication. Overall great experience, super nice/helpful people to deal with at this location.

The service was quick and very friendly, and courteous ,every customer is different with their own opinion, i was satisfied with my service.
HATTIE BManager was very nice and friendly at first.Next day he sent a message saying “where is my truck?. I returned the message with an explanation and an apology.. When I showed up with the vehicle he had an attitude and said I didn’t fuel it enough so I had to go to a nearby gas station and added more fuel after that he got on the truck to check the mileage and a few minutes later I went to the truck to tell him that I also used the dolly (AKA Handtruck) and his answer was “now you tell me”. There was no reason for him to be mad at me or being sarcastic. I promised I would return the vehicle around 12 noon which I did at 11:55 am , but anyway, I will never use this branch again and never recommend it. Thanks.
