was charged a cleaning fee when there was nothing to clean.
JAMES ATheir was some issues the first location didn’t have the truck onsite at pickup time he said system was down. Had to call customer service for help was transferred 3 times then she gave me this location. When I got there system was down had to manually put in my information. He was very nice and accommodating. When I was at this location I was receiving text from some other person/location a bit confused why but it worked out.
