This was not the original location I had the reservation, it ended up being the 3rd location I was sent to 2 hours later than my original reservation time. Had to go to this location because my original location did not set up my equipment correctly in the system and the 2nd location the lock for the key was damaged and could not be accessed.

Only impedement was where the trailers are lined up to hook up to, I had to be out on the road of oncoming traffic in order to hook up to a trailer, they should be positioned so it does not cause traffic to stop. The experience was top notch but that was uncomfortable to have the front end of my vehicle in line with oncoming traffic. It was just as vicarious as when I had to drop it off as this required backing up which is not easy for the average driver doesn't have experience in backing up.
