The location I originally reserved was a mile from my house, days later I found out that it was not available for that location and I would have to go miles away to get it (I was charged by the mile plus gas). Rent this truck 29$ turns into 200$

Carmen RThe mobile pickup and return was very frustrating and I am currently disputing charges related to fuel and blanket use. I returned the vehicle with slightly more fuel than I had at pick up and am still being charged almost $9 for fuel! Evidently in my frustration to attempt loading my drivers license (which your app would not accept for like 10 tries!) I failed to take a picture of the fuel gauge. It was at 1/2 full upon leaving the parking lot and I returned it over 1/2 full! Also, I did not ask for moving blankets/pads, yet they were in the truck wrapped in plastic. I DID NOT use said blankets (still in the plastic) and those were also on my check out invoice for $10! Will probably try to avoid moving on a Sunday in the future when I don't have the option to deal with human beings.
Christine GMy entire booking was a nightmare. My reservation location was moved further away from me causing me more costs in mileage. The rep at the location as inwas telling him that i was going to cancel said he spoke to his rep and was going to discount the price. The trailer I wanted I did not receive, however I used the one that I was provided. I get my final invoice and not only was there no adjustment for the extra distance I was charged extra for mileage. I need a call from the district rep because Matt at the location said he spoke with him and I ended up being charged extra and I am not at all happy about that.
