My entire booking was a nightmare. My reservation location was moved further away from me causing me more costs in mileage. The rep at the location as inwas telling him that i was going to cancel said he spoke to his rep and was going to discount the price. The trailer I wanted I did not receive, however I used the one that I was provided. I get my final invoice and not only was there no adjustment for the extra distance I was charged extra for mileage. I need a call from the district rep because Matt at the location said he spoke with him and I ended up being charged extra and I am not at all happy about that.

The location was great and the staff was awesome. The only comment I would make is when I called the location to confirm the reservation (I made the reservation using the Uhaul app weeks before I needed the truck) the location's voice mail wasn't set up so I had to call a few times until the guy working there could pick up the phone. Other than that everything was smooth, easy, and the price was right.
