The location was great and the staff was awesome. The only comment I would make is when I called the location to confirm the reservation (I made the reservation using the Uhaul app weeks before I needed the truck) the location's voice mail wasn't set up so I had to call a few times until the guy working there could pick up the phone. Other than that everything was smooth, easy, and the price was right.

isaac VI checked my trailer in 24 hours before it was due. I then started receiving delinquent overdue emails and texts saying I was being reported to police for having stolen the trailer. Your incompetence in checking the trailer back in led to a multitude of harassing messages requiring hours of phone calls to resolve. Worst experience ever. Has really soured me on U-Haul completely.
