Have your equipment removed from that location. To have a customer have to hook up the toy hauler to the truck is very unprofessional. It is not my, the customers responsibility to hook up the equipment for departure. By doing this, the customer could be hurt, or damage the equipment to say the least.

The location I originally reserved was a mile from my house, days later I found out that it was not available for that location and I would have to go miles away to get it (I was charged by the mile plus gas). Rent this truck 29$ turns into 200$

Carmen RThe mobile pickup and return was very frustrating and I am currently disputing charges related to fuel and blanket use. I returned the vehicle with slightly more fuel than I had at pick up and am still being charged almost $9 for fuel! Evidently in my frustration to attempt loading my drivers license (which your app would not accept for like 10 tries!) I failed to take a picture of the fuel gauge. It was at 1/2 full upon leaving the parking lot and I returned it over 1/2 full! Also, I did not ask for moving blankets/pads, yet they were in the truck wrapped in plastic. I DID NOT use said blankets (still in the plastic) and those were also on my check out invoice for $10! Will probably try to avoid moving on a Sunday in the future when I don't have the option to deal with human beings.
