Although the service was good the truck isn't in the best condition; it's nost safe, it needs a reverse alarm, there was a very bad odor in the back cargo area, and the check engine light was on.besides consume too much fuel

Fix the glitches on the phone app please! Inconsistencies when taking pictures of the U-Haul. Took picture and said plates did not match, picture of the mileage said it did not match. It was annoying and impeded on my rental time. Please fix because it is very convenient to come to this location!

Paul TThey were closed on Sunday. Dropping off was rather easy using the app.
Sheppard TLocks wouldn’t open. I called U-Haul. Very friendly and helpful. Offered a partial refund but the link has yet to be sent. Called about it yesterday and link was failed to be sent again. So still waiting. Guess I’ll call AGAIN !
