They were closed on Sunday. Dropping off was rather easy using the app.
Sheppard TLocks wouldn’t open. I called U-Haul. Very friendly and helpful. Offered a partial refund but the link has yet to be sent. Called about it yesterday and link was failed to be sent again. So still waiting. Guess I’ll call AGAIN !

JAY LThe model truck I received, a ford 15 foot truck had characteristically very loose steering. This isn’t a maintenance issue, it’s characteristic of this equipment. Please consider using other truck manufacturers with tighter steering characteristics.
