No personnel available, was after 3pm on a Saturday in which they were closed.
isaac VI checked my trailer in 24 hours before it was due. I then started receiving delinquent overdue emails and texts saying I was being reported to police for having stolen the trailer. Your incompetence in checking the trailer back in led to a multitude of harassing messages requiring hours of phone calls to resolve. Worst experience ever. Has really soured me on U-Haul completely.
Scott SHave alternate way to return vehicle when renter cannot capture final mileage. A service vehicle message came up about 2 seconds after mileage.
