ALAIN VTruck was not clean. The inside ofthe box was clean. The rental price is exorbitant .99 cents a Kms is to much. I was charge insurance coverage wen I have coverage included on my personal car insurance. I was not ask just charged. So at final it cost me 260.03$ plus 70.00$ of gas for less then 24 hours and 192 Kms for the smallest truck they carry. Couldn’t get the truck in the morning because they didn’t open before 9:00 AM. Got the truck in the evening to park at my place over night and waisted 15 hours of rental. I have used U-HAUL services before and found satisfaction. This time price increase service at counter and all of the above. Not a good experience.
