We arrived and the location for the 2 days wasnt available. The second day our location was still not available but i could keep the other trailer a call. An hour later, i get a other call to tell me that im late and now the location was available. I had to pay fee because I was late and bring back the trailer earlier than my reservation. I had to call and I return the trailer in that hour because they didnt respect the contrat. But hey they didnt charge me that hour "late" that wasnt late very bad service dont recommand

Michel DI had booked a trailer in downtown Montreal and got a call at 4PM the day before my pick up to tell me there was no trailer available in Montreal (although I had booked a month ahead) and I was to drive 1h15 to and from St-Julienne to get a trailer… the customer service was terrible and I was very disappointed.
