I had booked a trailer in downtown Montreal and got a call at 4PM the day before my pick up to tell me there was no trailer available in Montreal (although I had booked a month ahead) and I was to drive 1h15 to and from St-Julienne to get a trailer… the customer service was terrible and I was very disappointed.
