The check-in process here was pretty sketchy/weird compared to the last places I've been. Didn't have the accessories ordered, offered an alternative which was nice but really defeated the purpose of trying to plan ahead. Everyone says the other site in town is a nightmare so this may still be a better option. But add loke half an hour extra to deal with checkin issues. Called the uhaul help desk and they confirmed everything was fine with my reservation and account and it was the location being challenging.
