not a true UHaul location. There was no one to help attach trailer. It took over an hour to get the trailer because this is a gas station with one attendant.

Jose MThe interior and windows were so dirty I took it home and cleaned it myself. There was a warning light on the whole time saying the power steering needed to be serviced. The total cost and fees of about $450 were so far beyond the initial charges of about $78 at time of reservation as to be incredibly misleading. The pickup and drop off thru the U-Haul app was slow and time consuming. I would not rent with U-Haul again.
David RI reserved in Danvers because it was near my home, but Uhaul made me drive to Salem to get the truck. The Salem agent gave me insurance coverage without asking for my consent.
