The drop off had nobody there. I returned truck 2 days earlier and received no compensation.

Closed when I arrived, dropped the keys in the locked box
Tylor CTook me a hour to get my rental using online option. Absolutely ridiculous the service in that area is so slow. Took another 40 min to return it
Rachel BTruck was parked in a flooded grass lot so I had to stand in water/mud to do the mobile check-in. Truck was on empty when I started it. When I went to fuel it after loading (I was able to make it to the first location on an empty tank), the fuel tank leaked from what appeared to be a hole in it. So after putting $10 in fuel into the tank to return the truck with some in it, it was still empty. I won’t be using this U-Haul location again.
