I tried to extend my rental but it said it wasn't avail after 8 am so I made sure to have it there at 8 am. I had to take a taxi back home since i didn't have a ride that early. I went back to same location "big o tires" at 11am to have tires put on my veh and the truck was still there in the same spot that I parked it. Was a little frustrated about that.

ROBERT WMake sure when costumer service reserves a trailer at a location,that the location actually has what is reserved. When I went to pick up the trailer that I ordered originally it was switched to a different size that would not work for my needs, luckily the location was able to offer me to look in the yard for something that might work instead, so I ended up using a car hauling trailer. This location does have good costumer service and I would recommend it to other customers.
