The U-Haul store should not be renting out covered trailers that leak when it rains. Our boxes were soaked after driving for two hours in the rain. Lucky for us, our cargo was not damaged by the wet boxes.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe people here were welcoming and helpful ! They pointed us in the right direction to help with our dissatisfaction of our pickup location after sharing with them our not so good experience. I will be taking my vehicle here for maintenance some they are also a full service garage
